About Event

This session is designed to be practical and action-oriented. The focus is on tools and protocols that can be applied immediately, rather than general nutrition information.

The session is led by Alon Laniado, CEO of FitMate Coach.

Alon is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise), with additional certification in Nutrition from Stanford Medicine. After experiencing burnout during his first startup, he developed routines aimed at making work and life more sustainable. Nutrition became one of the key pillars supporting his energy, focus, and long-term health.
