Ruben is the founder and developer of RubeTON, a wallet that works with both crypto and fiat, supporting multiple identities across different jurisdictions.
Based in Bangkok, he is actively building in the TON ecosystem and organizing TON-focused events.
This talk will explore censorship, freedom, and approaches to building software within modern regulatory landscapes. We’ll also discuss how to create crypto projects while remaining compliant with all regulations.
