The Methodology: The "5 Balls" Framework
We believe in the Holistic Founder. You cannot build a successful business (or career) if your personal life is falling apart.
Using a custom framework inspired by Brian Dyson’s "5 Balls of Life," we will design a year that balances:
Work: (The Rubber Ball - it bounces back)
Family, Health, Friends, Spirit: (The Glass Balls - if dropped, they shatter)
What We Will Build Live:
Using Desire Sackitey’s Official Notion Template, we will execute the Cascade Method:
The Vision (Macro): Setting Annual Goals for all 5 areas of your life.
The Roadmap (Meso): Breaking those big goals into Quarterly Milestones and Monthly Targets.
The Engine (Micro): Setting up the Weekly Planner that tells you exactly what to do tomorrow to hit your Q1 targets.
