Who is it for

This space is for all who wish to establish or deepen their mindfulness practice, to live life from a place of inner clarity, while connecting with others on the journey.
What to bring
Just yourself and an open mind. Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Headphones are recommended for better audio quality, but not required. Camera on is optional, whatever feels comfortable for you.

Donation-based offering
This practice is offered on a donation basis to keep it accessible to all. Any amount is welcome and appreciated. Your contributions support my ongoing training and resources.
Ongoing practice
Every 3 months brings a chance to renew your intention to practice.
Over time, we’ll build upon earlier skills, and you’re always welcome to rejoin, even if you’ve missed a few weeks or months.
