This gathering brings together professionals who have been impacted by various corporates layoffs (Meta, Google, Amazon, Snowflake, LinkedIn and others), founders and ecosystem builders who have personally navigated those transitions and gone on to build successful careers and businesses.
Join us for an honest and practical conversation about career shifts, entrepreneurship, resilience, community and what comes after a major career chapter.
The evening will include a fireside-style panel discussion followed by networking with founders, operators, tech professionals and community members.
It will also provide a space for recently laid-off professionals to find a new network.
It will give those who were laid off in the last couple of years an opportunity to come together again, reconnect and get inspired by each other.

Anand Kumar Ramakrishnan is a technology and product leader with experience building and scaling products in global technology companies. Following his time at Meta, he co-founded Thirdi. He brings perspectives on entrepreneurship, career transitions and building after corporate life.
Natasha Gašparič-Gray – Founder, Emergent
Natasha Gašparič-Gray is a founder with experience across technology, startups and ecosystem building. After her journey at Meta, she moved into entrepreneurship. Her business, Emergent, helps established and new businesses navigate and unlock complex markets, shape policy environments, and build powerful strategic relationships to scale, influence and lead.
Lisa Morrison – Tech Coalition
Lisa Morrison works with Tech Coalition, an organization focused on advancing child safety and responsible technology practices across the digital ecosystem. She previously worked at Meta and brings deep experience in trust, safety and cross-industry collaboration.
Moderator – Yasas Vishuddhi Abeywickrama, COO, Doerscircle
Yasas Vishuddhi Abeywickrama is the COO of Doerscircle and previously worked at Meta leading programs and partnerships. He has extensive experience in technology ecosystems, partnerships, entrepreneurship and community building. Yasas regularly hosts conversations focused on careers, tech, innovation, resilience and building meaningful communities.
