About Event

SECOND SHOW ADDED BY POPULAR DEMAND! Y'all are serious about this and sold out our first show in hours, so we're hosting one more.

The Ben Caufield Trio returns to Paper Birch Books for a festive evening of live jazz, playing Vince Guaraldi's A Charlie Brown Christmas, as well as other jazz Christmas standards! Kids 8 and under get in free! (Please register them for a free ticket, so we can manage numbers.) Dress fancy or festive for extra fun. Come early for a cozy bevvy. Show starts at 7pm. There will be one break in the middle.

The bookstore will remain open during and after the event for some evening browsing and gift-buying. The coffee bar will stay open for the duration of the night as well, for cozy drinks, hot beverages, or even iced ones, if you're that kind of Edmontonion.

WINTER ACCESSORY DRIVE: Bring small items such as hand warmers, mitts, tuques, or scarves for our unhoused neighbours in the area. We'll distribute them from the bookstore as needed or donate them to a frontline group or organization that runs outdoor outreach.
