Whether you’re already using Codex or just curious about coding agents, this is your chance to meet the team, connect with peers, and explore how AI is transforming the way we build software.

Demo Opportunities

Talks abstracts

Sharpen the axe first: think before you vibe

The real work happens before you open the chat. I'll share my approach - why I invest time upfront on a PRD, design system, and starting prompt before jumping into prompting. I'll walk you through Squeeze, a native macOS app built with Codex that solves a real daily problem at our agency.

Marcin Warno, COOGrafit

Codex at scale - hands on, buidling an Open Source ERP (Open Mercato)

Piotr will show what works for them in building an Open Source ERP with 40+ contributors. What changed, what not, and what the software engineering looks like at the AI edge. Features presented: custom skills, Task Router / AGENTS.MD, Playwright integration testing framework; techniques: spec-driven development, code review on steroids, and feasibility studies.

Piotr Karwatka, Co-Founder @ Open Mercato + Catch the Tornado / OSS founder & contributor
