Leigh Mitchell, Leadership & Marketing Strategist, knows firsthand how isolating it can feel to run a business or lead a social enterprise. Early in building her company, she longed for connection
and shared understanding. These experiences inspired her to start the Women in Biz Network and later ChangeMakerCo.org, both built as supportive spaces for purpose-driven leaders who wanted to grow together rather than go it alone.
Through ChangeMakerCo.org, Leigh and her team provide impact-driven training, networking, and retreats that help leaders strengthen their organizations, manage change with confidence, and build inclusive, forward-looking cultures.
