Crochet Club: Granny Squares
Curious about crochet but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly granny square workshop is designed to gently introduce you to the art of crochet in a calm, welcoming space.
We’ll cover the basics step by step: from holding your hook and yarn to learning foundational stitches you can build on at home. Then, our friend Gigi from Guavette Montréal will teach you how to make a granny square.
Granny squares are the perfect skill to learn to make a variety of projects such as coasters, scarves, sweaters, blankets and much more. Perfect for the cozy season and the colder weather coming up.

✿ Getting Here
Soft Studio Days is located in Montréal , 2000 northcliffe apt 216.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, grab your drink, and find your spot before we begin.
Parking and public transit info: we are a hidden location. when you arrive at 2000 northcliffe, you're going to walk past the main entrance door and walk down the street. You'll then notice on the side of the building all the 200 apartments. You'll see a wooden fence and were right next to that. 216 :)
