About Event

Are you curious about GenAI tools but intimidated about how to start using them?

We're excited to share a bit about how we've been using Generative AI tools like Dall-e to create service storyboards as part of our work at Made Manifest.

In this 90 minute, beginner level workshop we will cover:

  • How we've been using GenAI to create service storyboards

  • Our tips and tricks and issues we've run into

  • Examples (with clients anonymized) from real projects on how we've used these to do journey mapping, future state visioning and concept testing

  • A chance for you to experiment with a tool hands-on

  • Pitfalls and ethical considerations

  • Q& A // Discussion

Pricing at two tiers, plus 3 free 'scholarship' spots to enable participation and accessibility.

If you sign up for a free spot and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot for someone else.

Ticket includes:

  • Access to session recording

  • MURAL step by step storyboarding template

  • Takeaway tip sheet

This session is for you if:

  • You are a beginner or have never used GenAI tools for image creation before.

  • You are looking for a welcoming space and structured way to try out storyboarding with GenAI in a low pressure environment.

  • You'd like to connect with other designers on this topic.

This session is NOT for you if:

  • You are experienced with and already regularly use GenAI tools in your workflow.

  • You want to have in depth discussions about the ethics of using these tools - this in an important topic, and we will touch on it, but it is not the focus of this session.

  • You want an in-depth comparison of various tools and pros and cons of each.

Feedback from previous participants:

"Love the practical exercise, got the first taste of how i can use the tool. The reflection exercise is lovely too, so now I learn the tips and tricks from other practitioners too."

"I enjoyed the structured approach and examples plus the time to practice in a group."

"Practical tips on prompts + a demo; time to practice."

"It was all great! Thanks for an amazing session!
