How to Be Your Own Bestie: A Guided Journaling Workshop
Sick of self-sabotage? Done with being hard on yourself? Been working hard to be kind to your mind?
Let's gather to deepen self-acceptance, wherever you are on this path.
You will leave with deeper self-respect and self-appreciation, meaningful connections, and new tools to keep increasing your self-acceptance. It is possible to not only have best friends, but also become your own best friend.
Cory creates a setting of dignity where folks feel safe to open up and grow together. It's a precious experience, honestly.
"Cory has an amazing ability to create safety, presence, and grounding while dealing with such a complex and difficult subject, using somatic and embodied exercises and deep exploration." - Workshop participant, Jan. 2026
You can expect:

We can’t talk our way into empowerment: we need practice.
Navigating inner/interpersonal stress and conflict without panicking is an emotional intelligence skill that grows best in low-stakes settings like this.
