AI in Action: Women Building Real-World Impact
What if AI wasn't just headlines and hype, but real projects making a difference in health, climate, and social impact? AI in Action brings together leading women shaping AI today, in conversation with the next generation building what comes next.
Hosted by Women in AI Switzerland and the Trustworthy AI Circle at the Digital Society Initiative, this pilot event gathers speakers from globally recognized institutions for an afternoon of honest talks, real stories, and meaningful connections.
It's designed primarily for university students at ETH, UZH, ZHAW, and beyond, across disciplines from computer science and data science to business, engineering, and policy. But really, anyone curious about how AI is being applied in the real world is welcome.
In a small, focused setting of around 80 people, you'll hear behind-the-scenes stories from women actively shaping the field, meet practitioners and role models, and build the kind of connections that don't usually happen at large conferences.
