This May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, in this month's free virtual group support session, we invite you to Feel It All: fully own your emotions, explore them safely, and show up authentically as you are.
In this session, we will:
Do a guided breathing exercise to tune into how we're genuinely feeling in the moment
Walk through reflective exercises to identify, name, and validate emotions without judgment
Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of self and a Feel It All framework to acknowledge, understand, and process emotions in real time with added compassion and care.
