This is a free training where I’m going to walk you through the single biggest breakthrough I had in my freelance business: selling paid discovery and strategy as a standalone offer.


Here’s a little bit of backstory…

Desperation.

That’s the best word to describe why I started experimenting with project roadmapping.

Things reached a breaking point in September 2015 when I was running my freelance business and a tech startup at the same time.

My pool of available time kept shrinking. My family’s financial needs kept growing.

I’d always been very generous with my ideas and advice, even during initial discovery sessions. But I was tired of wasting time with clients who couldn’t make up their minds.

Paid discovery became the filtering mechanism that has helped me turn away tire-kicker prospects and move forward with the serious ones.

One thing led to another, and I now have 9 different flavors of strategy I can sell.
