📖 Book Salon #2 – Pitch a Book!
Do you love reading and talking about books? Then you are warmly invited to the 2nd edition of our Book Salon on Sunday, 12 April from 4:00 pm.
In an intimate and cozy setting, you’ll have the chance to present a book you love in a 5-minute pitch. Whether it’s your all-time favorite novel, a childhood classic you still treasure or a page-turning thriller that kept you up beyond your usual bedtime, all genres and styles are welcome.
Your pitch can be funny, serious, suspenseful, or include a personal story connected to the book – be as daring and creative as you like! Of course, you’re also very welcome to simply sit back and listen.
Alongside the pitches, we’ll host a book swap, a buffet with light snacks, and some other fun activities, including an arts and crafts table for making your very own bookmark. There will be plenty of opportunities to socialize and share our love of books!
Please bring at least one book for the book swap and a light dish or snack for the buffet. Drinks will be provided.
We can’t wait to see you at the Book Salon 🌱
