✨ Dinner Theme: Motherhood & Leadership
This month’s member dinner is centered around a conversation many women are navigating in real time: what it means to lead—in your work, your life, and your home—while also stepping into motherhood or caregiving roles.
Because the truth is, this season can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly complex.
We’re creating space for an honest, open conversation around the realities of balancing ambition, responsibility, identity, and growth—without the pressure to have it all figured out.
What Makes This Dinner Different
This isn’t a structured workshop — but it is intentional.
Throughout the evening, we’ll guide conversation around:
Navigating mom guilt and the expectations we place on ourselves
Setting boundaries and protecting your time and energy
Redefining self-care in a way that actually works in this season
How your relationship with ambition, success, and leadership may be evolving
Prioritizing your time in alignment with your values
Come ready to share, reflect, and connect in a space where these conversations are welcomed, supported, and understood.
Who It’s For
Members of The Collective who value meaningful connection, honest conversation, and being in rooms with other growth-minded women.
Liz Evett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Author, Wellness Coach, and Founder of Speaking Emotions LLC. With over a decade of experience supporting women and families, her work now centers on real-life self-care — the kind that actually fits into full, busy lives.
Liz speaks on emotional regulation, personal responsibility, and the everyday ways women can care for themselves without stepping away from the roles and relationships that matter to them. Her approach is honest, practical, and interactive, blending professional insight with real-life application.
As a woman, wife, mother of two, and business owner, Liz understands how easy it is to lose yourself while holding everything together. She speaks candidly about what it means to show up fully for others without abandoning yourself in the process. She believes self-care is not a luxury, but a daily, practical practice that is accessible even in the chaos of life.
