​At 16, Justin Massey answered calls for his family's call center. He then managed IT networks, built security products for enterprises, and worked as a product manager for Datadog. Now, he runs Relay Hawk, an AI and workflow automation company designed for call centers and BPOs.

​In this live demo, He'll build an AI voice agent on Twilio that answers real customer calls while staying provably on-script. It improvises, handles interruptions, and sounds human, inside guardrails you define. Then answer the harder question: how do you know it actually stayed on-script?

Before joining Datadog, Shri was a data scientist at Meta focused on natural language processing and embedding models for ad creative optimization. Their work sits at the intersection of ML infrastructure, developer experience, and scalable observability.
