Well-being and Difficult Conversations at Work - Hosted by Legacy Compass
About the Workshop
Legacy Compass is building tools and conversations to help companies navigate some of the most human challenges at work — serious illness, caregiving, and end-of-life.
In this first in-person workshop, we’re bringing together professionals in HR, talent, and law to explore:
How workplaces can better support colleagues facing illness or caregiving responsibilities
Practical approaches for managers navigating difficult conversations
Collective “superpowers” participants can bring to create healthier, more compassionate workplaces
This will be a highly interactive, invite-only session where attendees contribute their perspectives to shape future workshops.
What to Expect
Interactive discussion (not a lecture) with peers from consultancy, legal, and HR fields
Co-creation exercise: share your “superpower” in supporting others through challenging times
Networking with a select group of like-minded professionals shaping the future of workplace well-being
Who Should Attend
HR, Talent, and People professionals
People who deal with major illnesses or end of life situations personally or professionally
Leaders in consultancy and legal firms
Anyone shaping workplace culture who wants to explore compassionate, human-centred approaches
Practical Notes
This session is invite-only and free to attend
A videographer will be present. If you prefer not to be filmed, that will be respected
