Join us on Tuesday, 26th May 2026 in Abuja for a landmark commemoration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day... a day dedicated to breaking the silence around menstruation and empowering Nigeria's girls with the education, dignity, and support they deserve.
Organized by Flow With Pride Impact Hub, in official partnership with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, the Federal Ministry of Health, and the Shehu Musa Yar'adua Foundation, this event will bring together adolescent girls, teachers, advocates, health professionals, and institutional partners for a powerful day of learning, dialogue, and action.
What to expect:
Health education sessions on menstrual hygiene and wellbeing
Open conversations on period poverty and stigma
Official launch of the Menstrual Health Society, a school-based club initiative
Distribution of menstrual products to participants
Inspiring voices from across Nigeria's gender equity space
