Julio Linares presents Decolonizing Money: The Promise of Abolishing the US Dollar
ABOUT THE BOOK
A democratic vision of money beyond the free market and the state. Drawing on anarchist, abolitionist, and anti-colonial feminist traditions, Decolonizing Money makes the heretical argument for a grassroots movement to abolish the imperialist US dollar as a step toward cancelling debts and establishing a worldwide basic income. Money, Linares argues, is a series of promises a society makes to itself, and he challenges us tomake them otherwise.
