A year of mindful exploration through Hong Kong’s wild landscapes.
Discover the hidden beauty of Hong Kong's country sides through monthly guided forest bathing walks led by Jerome Bautista, ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide.
Each month takes you to a new landscape — from pine forests to serene streams — offering quiet presence and connection through the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku.

To get to Tai Tam Reservoir:
Driving: Drive and park at Hong Kong Parkview. We will meet at the Trailhead on Tai Tam Reservoir Road
MTR/Bus - Take the 6 Bus Stanley Village from either Admiralty or Hong Kong Station. Exit Wong Nai Chung Reservoir Park. Walk south towards Tai Tam Reservoir Road and turn left. You will reach the trail head in 15 minutes.
