Mr. Ullas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Calicut, India, an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and an MBA in Marketing from the National University of Singapore, where he is also pursuing a doctorate in wireless communications. He has held senior roles in telecommunications, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. An active member of IEEE, ITU-T, WSTS, and ITSF, he contributes to international telecom standards. In his entrepreneurship activities, he develops scalable, secure, and intelligent IoT systems to tackle urban and environmental challenges. He is also actively involved in community initiatives, supporting Indian activity groups at community centres and events organised by the Singapore Malayalee Association.
