fusible glass: plate assemblage

A hands-on introduction to the world of fused glass.

In this workshop, you’ll design and assemble your own glass plate using a selection of colourful glass pieces, shapes, textures and patterns. We’ll explore how different colours and elements can be layered and arranged to create a composition that feels uniquely yours.

Once your design is complete, your piece will be fired in the kiln at Soft Studio, transforming your flat glass assemblage into a functional sculptural bowl.

No previous glass experience is needed. We’ll guide you through the process and take care of the firing after the workshop.

Your finished plate will be ready for pickup once it has been fired and cooled.

All materials and firing included.
