COMMUNI-MOVEMENT is a series meant to bring engaging + accessible movement practices to my community consistently <3 each class is inspired by one of HIERO's healing tea blends!
MORNING BLUE is a pick-me-up! this session takes traditional vinyasa yoga (movement) + pranayama (breath) practices to start your day in alignment with your highest self.
COMMUNI-MOVEMENT classes welcome all levels + is sliding scale ($10-$25). Mats are provided + teas are available for purchase! Space is limited so PLEASE cancel at least 24hrs in advance to not take a slot from another community member.
