Friday Park Yoga : Flowing In Nature
Kick off Climate Week with movement, breath, and community.
Join us at Robin Williams Meadow for a one-of-a-kind outdoor yoga experience — breathe fresh air, move with intention, and enjoy music and guidance through wireless headphones for a fully immersive, present practice.
After class, we’ll stay for optional small-group conversations — connecting by interests, geographies, and sectors — to meet others, get grounded in what matters most, and carry that energy into the week ahead. Yoga will end at 1:35pm, and the group connection time will be from 1:35 - 2pm.
About Outdoor Yoga SF: We offer a one-of-a-kind yoga experience in the great outdoors — breathe in fresh air, practice in magical locations, and enjoy the serene experience of music and guidance via headphones.
We meet in the middle of the meadow, near the Sharon Arts Studio. Bring sun protection, yoga and layers for outdoor practice!
About your teacher, Jenn:
You can expect from my class: A grounded, joyful flow that connects strength with ease. We’ll steady the breath, move with curiosity, and draw inspiration from nature.
Something that might surprise you about me: I also work as a hydrologist and facilitate complex conversations about water, climate, and land use; parallels for going with the flow, staying with the breath, and moving through the world with awareness.
I hope to inspire in others: A sense of belonging in our bodies, in community, and with nature. Slowing down can be powerful and presence its own quiet strength.
