Exploring what shapes healthier food choices

Food choices shape human health, environmental sustainability, and the future of our food systems. Yet the connections between science, policy, healthcare, and what ends up on our plates are not always visible in everyday life. As dietary guidance evolves and interest in sustainable diets grows, there is an increasing need for dialogue across sectors — from clinics and campuses to kitchens and canteens.

Join the World Food System Center for an interactive evening exploring how healthier, more sustainable food choices can be supported in practice. Experts from healthcare, food service, and research will share real-world insights, followed by facilitated breakout discussions where participants work together to identify barriers and propose practical solutions.
