Functional Yoga - Small Group Class

​Join me for an intimate Functional Hatha Yoga practice with a small group of 4.

​​Often we see yoga students trying to adapt their body to the practice. In Functional Yoga, we adapt the practice to your body. Each session integrates asanas, meditation and pranayama together with functional mobility, to connect with ourselves and your own body, just as it is.

​​Everyone is welcome. Please let me know in advance if you have special needs, such as an injury or anything limiting your movement.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat and wear warm, comfortable clothes. Don't hesitate to bring blocks or cushions if you think you might need them (some are available at the venue).

​​I also have one extra yoga mat for those who need one. Let me know in advance if you do!

​​What is Functional Hatha Yoga?

​​Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga practice including asanas, meditation and pranayama. While Hatha Yoga does include dynamic parts, asanas are held longer than in other styles. To this traditional practice, I add a functional point of view - giving cues to adapt the practice to your own body (and not your body to the practice) to build long-term health and a practice that feels good.

🔄 Cancellation Policy
Tickets are refundable if cancelled at least 48h in advance. If cancelled less than 48h before class, the ticket is due.
