Start your Saturday out strong with Doses Athletic Club. Workouts include partner-based circuit and a run at the end.
A 12pm partner-based run in NYC. You’ll start the workout with interval workouts (kettlebells, pushups, burpees etc) and the workout will cap off with a light 3 mile jog. The jog will be in a conversational pace with one partner to talk to the whole time. Marathon, not a sprint...
How it works?
Before the run, everyone registered will be partnered with someone else new
If not registered or a no show. The pairing will be done on the spot
Why Are We Different?:
Located in the East Side of Manhattan (No offense WSH)
We break the rules. We partner you up before the circuits. You get re-partnered before the run. Run in your own pace. Cool off as a group at the end of the run
Cool off at a local bar or pizzeria (gain those calories back ... )
