Join us for a dynamic 60-minute conversation on how disciplined operators, ecosystem builders, and capital allocators create systems that scale beyond any one individual, transforming regional roots like NWA into a lasting competitive advantage. The session begins with 20 minutes of candid career inflection stories, followed by 30 minutes of practical frameworks exploring what truly compounds, what breaks down, and how to build or invest in durable systems that last.
The event continues with a 30-minute networking session, bringing together passionate, execution-focused operators from across the country who share a strong commitment to the future of Northwest Arkansas.
The event will close with an invite only 60-minute VIP Limited Partner session featuring 007 Venture Partners' existing and new Limited Partners base. Invite will be extend individually for this portion of the event.
Featured speakers include:
Kenny Cason — Based in Seattle, Kenny is a two-time founder with one successful exit and a Y Combinator background. Raised in Arkansas and an alumnus of the University of Arkansas, he represents the kind of global entrepreneurial success with deep local roots. Kenny is fluent in Japanese and Mandarin.
Jeff Amerine — Based in NWA, Jeff is nationally recognized for building enduring venture ecosystems and is widely regarded as the godfather of the startup ecosystem in Northwest Arkansas. Jeff has a significant business presence in South Korea with the intention to expand in Japan.
Jeannette Collins — Based in NWA, Jeannette is a pioneering force in the region’s startup and entrepreneurial community—one of the original champions of innovation in Northwest Arkansas. She brought founders from Argentina and Singapore to build their businesses in NWA when nobody was doing this.
Molly Rapert — Based in NWA, Molly is a professor at the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and one of the most beloved educators among students. She has been leading an international summer study abroad to northern Italy for decades.
Lily Jin — Partner at 007 Venture Partners, Lily brings an institutional allocator’s perspective shaped by a decade of investing and operating across healthcare, energy, and infrastructure, with over $2 billion deployed across venture and private credit. Her global career spans New York, Beijing, Abu Dhabi, and India, working with sovereign wealth platforms ranging from $22 billion to $200 billion. She also founded HerValue, the first women-in-finance platform in China. Lily is also graduated with honors from the Walton College at the University of Arkansas.
