Cornell Tech Bay Trek Showcase and Networking Event

​Join us at Cornell Tech’s Bay Trek Showcase Night in San Francisco!
Learn about Cornell University’s academic partnership with the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology through Cornell Tech and the Jacobs Technion–Cornell Institute. Enjoy presentations from current Cornell Tech master’s students on course projects that led them to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, and network with alumni of the University's and tech enthusiasts from around the Bay Area. We will be sharing light refreshments and wine.

​This event caps a day-long ideation session and a week-long Bay Area trek, during which students engage with the local tech and startup ecosystem

​A key component of the course is a design-led ideation workshop, where multidisciplinary teams from Cornell Tech collaborate with student designers from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design and UDEM Universidad de Monterrey. This year’s focus is on exploring technological challenges and potential solutions for responding to natural disasters in urban environments, including brushfires, storm-related flooding, and earthquakes.
