Carlos Antequera is the co-founder and CEO of Novel Capital, a fintech platform providing non-dilutive capital and growth insights to post-revenue B2B tech founders. Novel has partnered with 150+ companies across the US, deploying over $170M in capital to fuel their growth.
Before Novel, Carlos co-founded Netchemia, a K-12 talent management platform he built over 14 years and successfully sold to Vista Private Equity in 2015. He's a member of Kauffman Fellows, Stanford LBAN, and Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship, and is active as an angel investor and mentor in the entrepreneurial community.
Kristian Marquez – Founder & CEO, FinStrat Management
Kristian Marquez is the Founder and CEO of FinStrat Management, a professional services firm providing fractional CFO-led accounting + finance, CRO-led go-to-market, HR, legal, and recruiting services to investor-backed technology companies. Since founding the firm, FinStrat has helped 50+ clients collectively raise nearly $500M in capital. FinStrat’s model is built on operational integration, the firm embeds directly into its clients as a full-service finance and operations partner, not a traditional advisory practice. That proximity to founders and investors informed the creation of FSM Ventures, a 2026-vintage AI-focused early stage fund . Kristian is a CFA charterholder, graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is based in Bozeman, Montana.
