Grid City: Artist Lofts & the SoHo/NoHo Rezoning

​Grid City is a project to explore the design, architecture and planning of New York City through running. Each month features a new topic, route and subject-matter guide who leads the group’s run and education.

​This month will be led by Maddie DeCerbo (REBNY) and topic will be Artist Lofts & the SoHo/NoHo Rezoning with stops highlighting notable historic buildings, the origins of artist loft regulations, and the 2021 SoHo/NoHo rezoning and its impact on the neighborhood.
