HydraDB gives developers powerful primitives for storing and retrieving context: Memories, Knowledge, Recall, and Inference.

But developers still face difficult questions:

Is this information a Memory or Knowledge?
Should infer be true or false?
Which ingestion and recall endpoints belong together?
How should Slack, Notion, documents, and conversations be structured?
How should shared organizational knowledge be combined with user-specific memories?

The concepts exist in the documentation, but the complete developer journey is still harder to understand than it should be.

From Friday, July 17 through Friday, July 24, we’re opening HydraDB’s documentation to the community for a week-long virtual hackathon.

Your challenge:

Pick a confusing developer journey. Fix it completely.

You might:

Clarify Memories vs. Knowledge
Explain infer: true versus infer: false
Improve API endpoint names and organization
Create diagrams or decision trees
Document Slack, Notion, or other app sources
Build an end-to-end use case or cookbook
Fix inconsistent, duplicated, or outdated documentation
Propose a stronger ingestion, inference, or recall experience

Contributions can range from a focused documentation fix to a complete guide, interactive Mintlify experience, working cookbook, or detailed product RFC.
