Audio Noir featuring selections from I, Medusa

Audio Noir at Gladys Books & Wine

Dim the lights, pour a glass, and let a great story be read to you.

Audio Noir is an evening of our favorite stories brought to life by an award-winning audiobook narrator, in our downstairs wine bar. For this edition, we're featuring I, Medusa by New York Times bestselling author Ayana Gray. Maiden. Mistress. Monster. Myth.

Meet your narrator: Tyla Collier

A native of Rhode Island, Tyla is an actor, singer, dancer, voice-over artist, and award-winning audiobook narrator with a BFA in Musical Theater from Boston Conservatory. She has narrated for each of the Big 5 publishers (YA, nonfiction, middle grade, and rom coms are some of her favorites) and has earned multiple awards for her work. Her voice has also been heard in commercials for Macy's and Swiffer and in video games. On stage, she has performed in the Broadway National Tour of Hadestown and off-Broadway at The Public and St. Luke's Theaters.

Tyla is passionate about telling stories that celebrate, empower, and uplift historically marginalized voices, and we can't wait to hear her bring this one to life.
