Human By Nature - A coaching experience in nature to connect to yourself and regulate your nervous system
There is a silent mental health battle among entrepreneurs
For many the ever going hustle culture, the obsession with productivity and being a "high performer" has lead entrepreneurs to live lives with habits that damage their mental health and disconnects them from their purpose, themselves, and from others.
And that is the reason for this event: give people tools to build emotional and mental health resilience re-connect to themselves, and have a space to share with others that might be going though the same as them.
Why in nature?: Humans have lived in nature for more than 90% of our evolution, and for many biological reasons, nature helps us naturally calm down. But today the majority of people are indoors most of their days, away from natural light, bird noises, grass... losing an important part of our natural regulation tools-
This will be a 2 hour activity, where I will give:
A guided meditation to reflect and feel their current mental health status.
Have a moment of intentional movement to release stress and help regulate your nervous system.
A creative session with ceramics to re-connect to our purpose and build tools to take on to our day to day life.
A moment to share and reflect with others.
