📚 Session Details
1️⃣ Using Optimizers with LLM
Nirmal Vatsyayan & Khush Joshi
This hands-on workshop explores how optimizers can be used with LLMs to improve output quality and train closed-source models effectively. Participants will learn how to leverage the LLM-as-a-Judge technique and GEPA to refine results and enhance performance. The session also covers creating LLM-agnostic prompts and improving smaller LLM outputs by distilling knowledge from larger models.
Pre-requisites:
Your own LLM API key (examples will use OpenAI)
Access to the shared workshop codebase
2️⃣ AI-Assisted Engineering: A Working Engineer’s Playbook
Satyam Mishra
AI coding tools generate working code quickly — but production-ready systems require more discipline. This session introduces two critical skills: spec-driven development (a six-part framework that reduces iteration cycles dramatically) and adversarial code review (a five-point checklist that catches logic, security, and dependency risks before deployment). Includes a hands-on exercise where participants write a real spec and evaluate AI-generated code.
3️⃣ Build Your Own AIOps Agent Using MCP
Shiv Kumar Sah
Modern infrastructure is complex and reactive. In this session, you’ll learn how to build a privacy-first AIOps agent using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The talk covers MCP architecture, local LLM execution with Ollama, and real-world applications such as log analysis, system health scoring, and performance monitoring. Attendees will leave with a practical blueprint for building on-prem AI agents for infrastructure automation.
4️⃣ How Smart AI Agents Think, Act, and Automate Tasks for You
Sunny Sharma
AI agents are more than chatbots — they can understand a goal, use tools, and take real actions inside your systems. In this session, we’ll explore how they decide what to do, call APIs, retrieve data, and automate tasks step by step. You’ll leave with a simple, practical understanding of how agent systems actually work in real engineering environments.
