๐ฅ Ops Club Sessions: The Art of the Possible with AI
โThis one is for the people who never make time for this.
โAI comes up in every board meeting, every conference, every conversation nearly every conversation. You nod along. You know you should have your hands on it properly by now. You keep meaning to go deeper into Claude, but the day job always wins.
โThis is a half day to help that. In a room of people in exactly the same boat.
โWho's in the room
โC-suite, MDs, directors, founders and owners from across hospitality. The people who rarely get a morning to sit down, listen, learn and actually test what this stuff can do now.
โSmall room, deliberately senior. You'll be building alongside peers, not being talked at from a stage and in a safe space with experts!
โWhat this isn't
โIt's not a pitch. Nobody's selling you a tech stack, showing a product, auditing your systems or booking a follow-up call.
โIt's a morning to see how far things have moved, get your hands dirty, and leave with a proper sense of what's possible - and better questions for everyone who is trying to sell you something.
โWhat you'll do
โYou'll be able to build a working piece of software. Yes, you.
โNo code. No technical background.
โOne bit of prep: Bring a problem from your working week... The spreadsheet held together with copy and paste. The report someone builds by hand every Monday. The thing you've thought "I wish there was a tool for that" about a hundred times.
โWe'll show you vibecoding - building software by describing what you want in plain English. You type a sentence. The AI builds the app.
โThen in teams of three or four, with founders and builders floating to help, you'll spend a couple hours turning your problem into a live, working tool.
โThe shape of the morning
โ13:00 - Meet, networking and a little bite to eat to get settled
โ13:30 - A short bit of teaching. What's changed, and why 2026 AI is not the AI you tried a year ago.
โ14:15 - Vibecoding a live demo. One sentence becomes a working app in front of you.
โ14:30 - Build. Two hours, teams, real problems and plenty of help
โ16:30 - Demos. Every team shows the room what they made.
โ17:30 - Wrap
โWhat you'll leave with
โA working tool you built yourself, solving a problem you actually have.
โA first-hand feel for how fast this has moved - not slides about it, the real thing.
โA room of senior peer connections who've just had the same learning experience.
โSharper instincts for every AI conversation you'll have from here.
โThe details
โ,ยฃ75 - covers breakfast pastries, lunch and hot and cold drinks through the day and a working lunch to finish.
โOne honest note: the room is curated, so registrations are approved to keep the mix right. If this one's not the right fit, we'll say so nicely and keep you in mind for the next.
โYou don't need to know how to code. You just need a bit of curiosity and a desire to learn!
