About Event

This 30-minute mastermind to Kick off 2026 with a plan you can execute. In this working session, we’ll translate vision into 3–5 company goals, define the few metrics that truly matter. Expect practical frameworks, live exercises, and founder-to-founder feedback so you leave with clarity.

In Part 1, we reviewed how to set strong, specific and high impact metrics. In Part 2, we'll review + share out what you've prepared so far, and if you haven't built out your OKRs just yet, we'll briefly discuss how to get started.

In Part 2 (Dec 1) – KPI Working Session + Live Share-Outs
Bring your draft KPIs. We’ll do a guided working session, real-time feedback, and small-group share-outs to refine your metrics so they directly ladder up to your 2026 goals.

Goals for the sessions, leave with:
✓ Clarity on your 2026 OKR structure
✓ Aligned KPIs tied to outcomes, not activities
✓ A lightweight system to track progress month-to-month

Moderated by Celeste Shields (Operations Expert & Goodie Nation Performance Partner), these conversations are designed to be focused, practical, and immediately valuable. Special guest speakers may also drop in to share their expertise.

Founders can expect to walk away each week with a clear tactic, framework, or tool they can implement right away to strengthen their operations and accelerate growth.
