About Event

This simulator recreates realistic conversations that challenge your questioning style, clarity, risk awareness, and ability to stabilise a customer under pressure. It is a practical tool for training, coaching, and improving judgment across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product, and any team that deals with customers.
