Denoising the Noise BioML Journal Club - De novo design of RNA pseudoknots with deep learning
Our September installment of the Denoising the Noise Journal Club will feature De Novo Design of RNA Pseudoknots with Deep Learning!
Presenter: Jill Townley, Chaitanya Joshi, Andrew Kubaney
Come join us for a discussion of how deep learning can be used to design complex RNA pseudoknot structures from scratch! We’ll explore the OpenKnot AI challenge, how generative methods compared with expert human designers, and how experimentally validated designs formed well-ordered 3D structures despite being designed primarily at the secondary-structure level.
