🏜️ San Diego AI Studio Sharathon #3

Sunday, November 15 · 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM · Brew Coffee Spot, 6101 Lake Murray Blvd, La Mesa · Free

Come see how people are building with AI. A coffee shop full of people with laptops, showing each other what they made and how.

This time, we're opening up the systems behind the work.

We want to see the agents, notes, and automations that run your business. You might call your setup an AI operating system, a second brain, a harness, or just the duct tape you've pieced together as you go. Show us the memory your agents draw on, plus the automations that glue it all together and handle the work you used to do by hand.

Eight builders will have nine minutes each to show us what’s under the hood, how it works, and what they’ve learned along the way.

Then we get to hang out, ask questions, turn laptops around, and see what everyone else is working on.

The first Sharathon was in Ocean Beach in May. The second brought us to Brew in August, with 13 live demos. The best part of both was seeing what happens when people share what they know and help each other take the next step.

Who’s this for?

  • 🛠 People building with Claude Code, Cursor, agents, or other AI tools

  • 🧠 Anyone with a second brain, notes system, or automation they want to show

  • 💬 ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or Gemini users who want to go deeper

  • 🚀 Developers, founders, and creatives working AI into their flow

  • 🐣 People brand-new to AI and curious what's possible

  • 🤖 Hardware and robotics folks

  • 🌊 Nerds looking to hang out, find collaborators, or meet people

🎤 Four ways to take part

1. Apply for a demo slot. We'll host eight demos, nine minutes each. When you RSVP, tell us in a sentence or two what you'd show. Apply by Wednesday, November 11, and we'll let everyone who applied know soon after.

2. Show your table. Turn your laptop around for the people sitting near you. No stage involved.

3. Bring a schematic. A diagram, a prompt, a workflow on paper, or an idea you’re trying to work out. It doesn’t have to run.

4. Just watch. Being a fly on the wall is a totally legit option. Laptops are optional, and you never have to explain anything you'd rather keep private.

☕ The spot

Brew Coffee Spot is a super rad coffee shop in La Mesa, near Lake Murray. They close early, so we get the whole place to ourselves.

There’s a free parking lot out front.

We (Lucas and Bree) will try to greet everyone, but if we miss you, come say hi. Look for Lucas: big friendly dude, dark beard, short curly hair.

📅 The flow

  • 4:30 PM: Doors open. Come in, chill, and meet people.

  • 5:30 PM: Show and tell, round one. Four demos, nine minutes each.

  • Around 6:15 PM: Break. Mingle and catch the presenters with your questions.

  • Around 6:35 PM: Round two. Four more demos.

  • Around 7:15 PM: Open floor. Show your table, pair up, wander, or look over shoulders.

  • 8:30 PM: Wrap. Hard stop, promise.

🎙 Photos

Nothing is live-streamed. If someone is shooting photos or short clips, you can opt out at the door. A full demo only gets posted with that presenter’s permission.

🧰 Explore before you come

Browse the Studio’s Harness Ledger to see how people document their AI systems and try the optional self-audit. No score or completed audit is required to attend or apply for a demo.

The Sharathon recap and resource collection has material from the earlier events.
