The Potential Project: Men's Growth Lab
A 90-minute monthly experience where men train physically while working on ourselves mentally.
What It Is
Every month, we gather for movement, practical insights, and real conversation.
Each lab combines a challenging workout with integrated perspectives from a guest practitioner. We use physical challenge as the vehicle for experiencing new concepts in real time, then explore what that means through genuine dialogue.
It's experimental. Collaborative. Focused on practice over perfection.
What to Expect
90 minutes. Three parts:
1. Movement + Learning (50 min) Three workout circuits. Between the first two circuits, our monthly guest introduces empowering ideas - just enough to experience the concept, not overwhelm with information. The third circuit flows directly into dialogue.
2. Group Dialogue (20 min) We'll take time to discuss the ideas shared and what came up for us during the workout.
3. Closing (10 min) Brief wrap-up and preview of next month.
Who This Is For
Men who:
Work out but know fitness alone isn't enough
Read books and listen to podcasts but struggle to apply insights
Want genuine connection without forced networking
Are curious about their own growth and willing to experiment
You don't need to be an athlete or have everything figured out. Just bring curiosity and willingness to try something different.
