Get Neural launch: how I built a software factory
Get Neural is a monthly meet-up for people who build with AI. Agents, automations, products, tools that do a job. This is the first one: online, free, and in two halves.
The talk. I walk through how I built my software factory. How I run AI agents in parallel, keep each piece of work isolated, and make the agents prove the code works before it ships. Evidence over vibes. The honest version, mistakes included.
The roundtable. We go around the room once. Bring a problem, bring something you're working on, or just listen. Skipping your turn is fine. The point is builders helping each other get better outputs with AI.
One rule: no pitching. Nobody sells anything. Talk about your work as much as you want, just don't try to sell it.
Who it's for. You build with AI around a real job or a contract. You've shipped something that works and you've run out of people to talk to about it. If you run a business and don't build, come anyway: you own the problems these tools solve.
Your host. I'm James Sefton. I'm an electronic engineer - I test railway signalling systems under an IRSE licence. I run Kontinuity, where I build automation and software tools for clients, alongside building my own tools around that work. Get Neural is sponsored by Kontinuity.
