Product Market Sprint 01 - Allied Health
Most build days start with an idea. This one starts with business context.
A physiotherapy and chiropractic practice is opening up how the business actually runs. We'll begin with a fireside conversation grounded in the practice's day-to-day reality: how the work happens, where friction sits, and what its owners want to improve.
From that context, teams will decide which opportunity is worth pursuing before choosing what to build. You'll then have two and a half hours to turn that choice into a demo in a team of 2-4. Apply on your own or with people you already build well with.
The clinic operator will join during the build so you can ask questions, test assumptions, and keep the work grounded in how the business actually runs.
The goal isn't to produce a polished product in an afternoon. It's to listen well, make a clear product choice, and create something concrete enough for the owners to respond to.
THE STRONGEST FIT
You've already made and shipped something - an app, automation, prototype, internal tool, template, or weekend project, and can contribute hands-on to your team's demo.
We care less about your job title than how you work: whether you enjoy understanding how a business works, finding a useful opportunity in ambiguous context, showing unfinished work, and changing direction when feedback points somewhere better. You don't need to have sold a product before.
