Meet the Speakers
Stephan Peng is the Founder and CEO of Redbloom Health, the biotech company creating food medicine for chronic conditions. He created the only HSA/FSA-approved food clinically supporting IBS, GERD, dyspepsia, and colitis. Previously, Steph led product at Cheetah, Y Combinator’s largest food-tech success story, which later exited to private equity. A UC Berkeley alum and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Steph now builds at the intersection of biotech, food medicine, and consumer health.
Jonathan Hung is a venture capitalist, operator, and entrepreneur who partners closely with founders to help turn ambitious ideas into real, scalable businesses. He is the Managing Partner of Entrepreneur Ventures, a fund co-founded with Entrepreneur Media, and also runs his family office, J Heart Ventures, with investments in 250+ companies and 50+ funds. Before investing, Jonathan led his family’s textile business across the U.S. and Asia, giving him hands-on operating experience in building teams, managing growth, and navigating cross-border challenges. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor, mentoring the next generation of builders, and holds degrees from Wharton, MIT, LSE, and USC.
Eric Wei is cofounder of @trykarat aka Karat Financial. Karat helps creators manage their finances and has raised over $100M, including from cofounders of Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube. Before Karat, Eric built products for creators at Instagram, did fintech at McKinsey, and investment banking at Blackstone. He studied economics at Harvard.
Christine Lee is the Founder and CEO of Pipen.ai, an AI-powered platform focused on venture sourcing, market intelligence, and thesis-driven deal discovery. Prior to founding Pipen, she held roles in venture incubation and business development and brings experience from the venture capital industry.
