From Shadow to Stewardship: Making Peace With Your Power

​If this is you: “We are all equal here, so I shouldn’t be ‘more’ than others.” this evening is for you.

​In this evening workshop, you are invited to explore your relationship to power in a guided way using movement, roles, and simple scenes rather than reflection alone.

​You don’t need any experience, only curiosity.

​Together we create a safe, confidential space where you can find closure with past power struggles, confidence and rootedness in your present leadership, and clear support for leading with more integrity and ease.

​The session will include a warm‑up exercise, sharing circle and one or more psychodramatic scenes worked with the whole group. Psychodrama is an experiential method that lets you step into your own leadership stories instead of only talking about them. Participation in the center is always voluntary - you choose your level of involvement.

​This event is for you, if you feel a pull to understand your power more deeply or sense that “talking about leadership” is no longer enough.
