Türkiye faces growing water resilience challenges, with increasing drought, pressure on ground-water and competing demands from agriculture, industry and communities across a number of important basins.

No individual user can address these risks alone. Building long-term resilience requires business-es, government, agriculture and civil society to work collectively at basin level.

Using practical case studies, this session will explore how existing initiatives can be connected and scaled through collective action, including agricultural water efficiency, replenishment and restoration, industrial water stewardship and innovative financing. Rather than simply discussing the challenge, the session will seek to identify the partners, priority interventions and next steps needed to develop a collaborative programme for the basin beyond COP31.
