Jules has been in product design and user research for the last 7 years, and has worked in organisations of different sizes in both the public and private sectors, taught adult learners at General Assembly and an active mentor on ADPList. Now a Product Design Lead at MoneySmart designing services to deliver the best financial advice and products to users in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Sangeetha will be sharing insights as a specialist Product & Design Recruiter, focusing on the evolution of the design recruitment cycle over the past three years. The talk will explore the current UX market, impact of AI on UX design, challenges hiring managers face when hiring talents in Singapore and advice for designers who are on the lookout for their next career move.
She’s also one of the organisers of Singapore Product Design and recently published a research article titled “Unveiling the Dynamics of Singapore’s Product Design Job Market: Insights from Industry Leaders.” Her goal is to support product professionals in overcoming challenges within the current job market.

With 6+ years of experience, Chelsea is a self-taught end-to-end product designer who has worked in budding startups to international MNCs, and has designed for both mobile app and B2B SAAS products. In her free time, she gives back to the community by mentoring budding designers, conducting design thinking workshops for universities, and giving talks.
