A 75-Minute Writing Workshop to Transform Your Environment
Your environment is talking to you. The half empty coffee mug at your desk. A pile of laundry you keep walking past. Blue light from a laptop screen pressing against your eyes at 9pm. Each one of these tells your nervous system a story about who you are and what you're capable of.
In this 75-minute writing workshop, we sit with the spaces we move through every day and ask them a different question. Not what they say about us now, but what they could say if we let our pen do the work first.
You'll learn the neuroscience behind why your physical environment shapes your identity faster than any affirmation ever will. Then you'll write three short pieces, each one designed to recalibrate the rooms you live in, the desk you sit at, the relationships that share your air. We'll use the Future Scripting method, a three-step practice (See it, Write it, Act it) that helped thousands of writers inside Courage to Create rewire their inner architecture by changing the words on the page.
Expect quiet music, a candle if you have one, and 75 minutes of permission to imagine your home, your workspace, and your inner life into something that finally matches who you're becoming.
Bring a notebook. Pack a pen that feels good in your hand. And carry in the small ache you've been holding about the place you keep returning to.
We'll write our way out of it together.
