​Ever found yourself coming to the end of the year, disappointed that your goals haven’t all magically happened? 

​I’ve definitely been there. I’ve gone to vision boarding workshops, but never really felt like it went beyond cutting up random pictures from magazines. 

​And if you’re anything like me, I’m willing to bet you struggle imagining success for yourself in any real way.  

​But I still loved the ritual of vision boarding, so I kept digging to see if there was a way to make it work.

​And as it turns out, there is some serious neuroscience behind the practice of envisioning your life in the near future.

​This session is about bringing those two things together – the creativity of creating a physical board and the neuroscience behind envisioning your future – to set 2026 up for sustainable success.

​

​What can I expect?

​This extra special session is in collaboration with Natalie Connor, the award-winning founder of Elevate retreats and qualified NLP practitioner.

​We’ll be taking you through a series of science-based, thought-provoking exercises to make sure our brains are properly primed before we even pick up the scissors or log into Pinterest!

​Once we’re in the headspace of what could be, we’ll start creating our visual vision for 2026.

​You'll leave with a deep insight into crafting a year that actually works for you – not just a pretty picture that you never look at again.

​We’ll be with you every step of the way!

​What do I need? 

​You can make your vision board either physically or on a digital design tool like Canva. 

​If you want to make it physically, make sure you have: 

• ​A piece of card (A3 is good)

• ​Scissors

• ​Glue stick

• ​Magazines/photos/printouts – anything you want to use to visually represent your ideal 2026

​If you want to do this digitally, we’ll be sharing simple Canva templates in the session. You can create a Canva account for free here http://canva.com/. 

​Feel free to use any tool that suits you, but make sure you have a play beforehand so you’re not figuring things out in the session! 

​Aside from that, just make sure you’ve got a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted! Feel free to come in comfy clothes with a hot drink or a glass of wine!
